Shipping

We typically ship within four business days and strive for next day shipment whenever possible.

All orders depart FCA (Incoterms 2020) via FedEx or UPS from our Austin, Texas warehouse with full tracking. FedEx/UPS Ground delivers to most continental U.S. addresses in one to four business days. For oversized or palletized shipments, we may instead use FedEx Freight or an equivalent national carrier. In those cases, transit times are usually only a day or two longer than standard Ground service.

Please be aware that selecting “Shop Pay Installments” may delay the shipment by up-to three business days, depending on Shopify to complete verification.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from shopify@trimeki.com. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a 'Track Here' link, directing you to the UPS.com or FedEx.com tracking page, ensuring you can follow your order's journey. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder, and then contact us with your order number so we may investigate any delays on your behalf.

At this time we are set up to ship to all CONUS addresses.

For any shipment outside the continental United States (CONUS)—including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations—please contact us at sales@trimeki.com before placing your order so we can confirm export eligibility, shipping options, and costs.

Returns and Warranty

If you have any problems, please call or email us - we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return any item please email us at “sales@trimeki.com” to receive a RGA number and return shipping address.

TriMeki does not pay for return shipments or refund shipping costs. The returned product will be evaluated upon its receipt and if it is determined to be defective, TriMeki will repair or replace the product and return to you as soon as possible. However if TriMeki shipped your order per your specifications but you would still like to return the product, with the return shipping being the customer’s responsibility, a 20% restock fee will apply. We encourage you to use a shipper that offers package tracking and insurance.

Please reference our Warranty page. Please note there is no warranty on consumable merchandise, including items like stickers, t-shirts, grease tubes, etc.
